Secondly, they've missed out on so many better American deli sandwiches, top one being the Reuben. Layered pastrami, sauerkraut and Swiss Cheese - a slice of New York deliciousness. I'm British myself, and I can't believe they didn't think of this!
At my Work Experience, I did conferencing for one of the days. It was on school grounds, and the school canteen made the buffet. That was a good buffet with a few surprise items (battered prawns). I even got to try one.
"Have you got any tomato or something because those leaves look like they've just been chucked on there, it looks boring" It's a garnish lady- nobody ever eats it and it all just gets thrown away! I'm not saying the girls did a great job because they didn't, but you can never please customers when it comes to food- they could have provided gormet lobster and there would have been complaints about a lack of vegetarian option! You can never please customers in catering, so why bother trying ;-)
Can they use Olympics trademark? I mean for example World Cup Trademark is registered for FIFA and they can't use it freely... how about Olympics? Or maybe I find my answer in the boardroom episode?

I think girls problem was the look of the food, if it is cheap it does not need to look cheap if something is cheap and looks cheap what do you expect. They could have thought about it a little bit more and made cheap crap look amazing!
