Jet Airways is a terrible airline. They cost me and my wife an extra $1400.00 on our last trip to India. We waited 2 hours for a Jet Airways rep to help us but finally had to pay the chagne fees or else miss our flight back to the U.S. Jet Airways customer service alter admitted to us that they could have saved us money had they sent someone to talk with us. Avoid this arinline at all costs.

As for ur previous comments 9W never had any a/c in th 3-4-3 config. it has been either 3-3-3 on their 777 and 2-4-2 on their Airbus a/c. Please get your facts and language right.

oh i take it back it is 3-3-3 my mistake. they just have added a extra row. the mumbai -london flight was a dream flight the best i have had and i am regular. when it was 2-4-2. you had room to move. i actually emailed jet they did reply they always do and they said about economic reason etc. shame. the best flight i ever had was the amthedabad to london flight absulute dream flight space evrywhere. probably why they closed it. oil price is hurting us in other ways!!

Jet Airways must increase routes to Manila. Currently Jet Airways is codeshared with Gulf Air who is codeshared with Philippine Airlines. Jet Airways must have flights from Manila to Dubai, and Manila to Mumbai. Currently no airline is flying to southasia from Manila and Philippines is a home to thousands of Indian business people.

Interesting comments guys...I think the fact of the matter is there is Trash in every society. The key is to understand the market from where you're flying from and avoiding the airlines that price themselves low. At the same time it pays to know if there are any code share arrangements and to avoid these flights if you're averse to diversity and/or uncouth behaviour.

they are wet leased out to turkish airlines, which means turkish airlines can choose to fly to destinations but aircraft will be operated by Jet and Jet employees, and yes all or some cost will be shared with the two airlines

maybe best change to kingfisher. jet service has gone down the drains. been travelling aound with them more than 2 years and now they provide rubbish onboard service with no choice of meal. during my trip to and from mumbai from london 25% passangers got no choice in meal as all had finsihed and on complaining some passanges finally got a snack after 2 and half hour of flying time. reminds me now of air india service luckily the flights are new atleast

Jet Airways domestic flights have pathetic inflight service & its not Jetlite but the real Jet Airways. I last month travlled Trivandrum-Mumbai-London-Calga­ry on Jet Airways. Let me just point out that when I first flew Lufthansa, I couldn't bear the stench of some European kids eating some stinky burger! Seriously, I somehow prevented myself from vomiting and couldn't eat anything because the stench stayed up in my head throughout the flight. Its true the economy class on other airlines might be good .
