@Spudbass hahah it's spain dude, every professional already knows how to play it. It's slightly altered rhythmicly but it's not being sight read haha, these guys have played together alot

@rjbassmanatyahoocom Not just rhythmically, but for John it's altered melodically too. I know he's been playing that arrangement since the 80s, but still you can see he's looking at the chart.

@Spudbass If it was a 4chord song it would be easy remembering them all, but after all these years of playing complicated jazz music you just forget everything. I think its more a reminder and a scheme to se what part they are and what chords match. Or something like that, real bass players could tell you.
