Barbara who owns the Lookout didn't need this. I also talked to the brother of the driver who was there just looking at the damage a week later. He though it may have been an accident, or was hoping it was. No one whats their brother to die and it hurts more if they did it on purpose. Sad.

The final police report stated that Warren was attempting to run his car through the wall of the restaurant in order to steal the beer inside the establishment. A simple mathematical calculation could have persuaded him otherwise - $3,500 damage to car + loss of life (does not equal) $30 in beer!
