  • She said be mindful of body mechanics, lol. There was nothing careful or safe about what she was doing at the beginning with that "bow" stance or whatever she called it. What was with the table height too? I am not trying to be super critical but this is not a good video to show how "the experts do it".....a little research by MonkeySeeVideos wouldn't hurt.
