  • I just did this to my 49cc 2 stroke honda spree butbi only put one small engine will i have any problems

  • How deep into the muffler did you drill?

  • can i do that with a roketa 150cc? basically a GY6 motor?

  • @916decker

At your own risk. I know that it works with the Vino 125 and i've heard of similar results with the Zuma 125.

  • @916decker you have to upjet if it's a 4T motor or you with blow the engine

  • i have a four stroke scooter where exactly do you drill the hole(s) in the rear of the muffler? thx

  • @916decker

See those 3 large holes on the end? They go straight into the end of the exhaust.

  • @alleyvonfrankencat This is really cool! I HAVE A stock 09 VINO 125 and i would like to do this. Would i have to rejet the carburator any or do anything to the engine? Or should i just drill the holes and ride without any worries? Also do you think this procedure will cause any damage to the engine down the line cause i ride this scoot alot and with a passenger?

  • @gardentractor I didn't upjet when I did this and it ran fine. Although if you're at a higher elevation you may have to. It won't hurt your engine over time.

  • Hey can I do this to my Yamaha C3 49cc with it's fuel injection? I want a performance exhaust for it but cannot afford it right now. Hell I My C3 right now can get close to 50MPH sometimes, it goes beyond the Yamaha Symbol but it has SLOW acceleration.

  • It's possible. I've heard of a couple people doing it to there Zuma 125's and they're fuel injected. They didn't say they got a huge change in performance though. Best thing you can do for a C3 is change out to a DrPulley variator and slider weights.

  • i am wanting to do this to a 1990 yamaha zuma can anyone give me some help please

  • This trick only works on a 4 stroke scooter. It would be a bad idea to try it on a 2 stroke such as the Zuma.

  • can you just remove the muffler entirely?

  • No. It'll blow your engine. You need back pressure.

  • funny sound : )

  • Frankenscoot? Do I recognize those studs? Wjhere to drill the holes? Are those the new holes on the end?

    Thanks

  • Yup. Tis me, Frankenscoot.

The 3 larger holes are the drilled holes. The smaller ones are from the screws that mount the heat shield on the end.

  • How many holes did you drill?? I am thinking of doing that to my TNG Milano 150

  • 3, 3/8" holes.

  • How much louder is it? and do you get better or worse Gas Mileage?

  • Much louder and you lose about 5 mpg but gain more power.

  • Rides better than one though.

  • Hey klamonator89... fuck you!
