Great vid 5 stars. I was in Ft william in Sept 2007 but unfortunately the steam runs had finished a week before and being a Sunday the station was shut . Being an Aussie this seemed unusual to me as the only stations we shut are the ones with no rail services at all.
I couldn't even get onto the platforms as the whole place was locked up tighter than Fort Knox.
Would love to go on this line one day-thank goodness Dr Beeching left it alone
