Hi Lowell, im after body similier to yours, i do 15 to 20eps 80% effort and 6 sets, i only use the barbell and do shoulder press, bench press incline n decline, and barbell curls and skill crushers, i do barbell squats n calf raises and for back i do barbell and dumbell rows, also i do traps like close grip upright rows ans shrugs,...... would i achieve it by doing these excersises ? ps you have gud genetics and muscle symmetry, thanks Dan
