@freshyjazzy12 Yeah....they could have since he's only died one other time before that and you can wish a person back up to two times with the Earth dragonballs. I f a bad guy can wish for imortality then they should have been able to wish for Vegeta back even if he was evil at some point. Maybe they just didn't feel like wishing him back? I dunno.
