@ loladado: no the story is not just to kill. in the game you are a man named alex mercer, and you have no memory of your past or how you got these badass powers. so you are to look for the one who did this to you by consuming somebody high up in the chain of command. you find the ones responsable and you learn that you are the true cause for....( to learn this next part go out and buy the game :P)

Please stop the Infamous vs Prototype war xD i got both games. Infamous ist more realistic and has less gore, also itsmore stable and harder to beat. Prototype has hella cool moves , is extremly violent and a better story, but still the graphics arent that good.

i have this game but it got scratched after my son made the 360 fall a bit. i can tell everyone who disses this game that they dont know games that well. this game is a killer! graphics on a GOOD flat screen look awesome. its the gameplay that will hook you in. i have had it for a good week and play it everday for a few hours. i am not even trying to beat the thing all quick cause i wanna savor the mayhem. lol. thats where it shines. take you time and explore everything and enjoy.

the graphics is like in a pop up book, you flip a page, POP! something comes out, when you're running in this game, POP! a building out of nowhere, i agree but the graphics dont exactly destroy the fun of the game, they could have polished a few stuff andadded a few more features, like for example you bulletdive of an extremely tall building theres supposed to be a crater not just a crack on a pavement

I just finished playing inFAMOUS, and i gotta tell you guys, it was awesome, i liked the graphics, controllers, and the story. i liked it better than x-men wolverine and assasin's creed. i'm getting prototype tomorrow so let's see how it goes... but anyways so far all the prototype's gameplay has a messed up graphics, don't know if it's the game or the footage itself... get inFAMOUS too, it rocks...

the fact is, yes they are a little bit behind the times graphic-wise, but only because development on the game started back in 2006. They only seem sub-par because this game has been in production for some time and it would have taken even longer to update the graphics cards for the game. The company that made this game probably could not wait to release the game much longer. On the other hand, gameplay, powers, story are all sick. You'll enjoy yourself for a while with this game, trust me i kno

Yeah they are sorta zombies, thats because there in a area infected by the a virus, which turns them into, well, zombies i guess, the farther your progress goes, the more areas there will be infected, when you arrive at a infected area the surroundings turn sorta greenish, i remember a little red too from my gameplay. The zombies are really usefull too, you can grab them and consume them for my health, and they won't change your diguise, so when on low health just suck up a(n) infected person.

Btw not all people are zombies, just like Martienader2 said. Infected people appear in affected area, plus these giant monsters called hunters, there pretty easy to kill after youve obtained your Claws. You should really play this game its fun, has a intresting storyline aswell.
