our legal system is so insane and stupid, it is no more sophisticated than the salem witch hunt trials. Thank god for forensic evidence where real scientist and real intelligent people can fix the problems caused by stupid shysters who think studying law (a degrading and stupid exorcise) gives them a liscence to lie. @tomebaden in tn its been known that a rich person can commit a crime and then pay a poor man to say he did it.its been that way for many,many years.no one in the courts or law enforcement will admit to it but they no its true.sometime they don't even pay the poor man they just threaten to put one of his family members in jail and of course he will confess go off to prison and the rich mans son goes to collage.and they say we have equal justice,yea all for the rich.just my opinion

I agree 100%, nobody ever paid for the mistakes they commit in this system; innocent sent in jail or executed, or criminal released by corrupted advocates (almost all of them) who make more victim instead be send in a hole forever...

None of those assume their responsibilities in these case, tho they're probably the worst criminals in the world if we count how many innocent people endure and die because of their lack of morality/intelligence/judgemen­t.

This is unbelievable. I've been following this case very closely and the only thing I've got to say is WOW! Now as to your assertion about all judges, DAs, etc. being corrupt, I do not buy that. Judge D'Amico, the original trial judge, has a reputation as being extremely fair, and Erie Co. DA Frank Clark, who BTW was not the DA at the time of this event, has strongly encouraged DeJac to sue the everloving shit out of the State.

damn straight. its all about getting the conviction and not the truth. mike nifong, the DA during the duke rape scam got in some serious trouble. more punishments like the one he recieved should become the norm. except that they need to spend time in prison......get a couple years and see what its like for the many that got sent there for life
