Good movement around the wrists,...now try it around the elbows and over the shoulders. Plus keep your neck and chin lined-up 'over' the body center, instead of pressing/rolling out-of-line forward. Just a helpful positive health hint'. Jie ge si hen hao le'. Si-fu Li Ma-Ke'

Too much upper body movement. Focus on maintaining centre of gravity at the Dan Tian. You will notice increased syncronicity
