i called nintendo the other day and told them so of that stuff you said in this video(not exactly but close to it).

i told them to take of that FC shit and put like online nick names. I also told them to put like game add ons like they do on ps3. Game add ons could support that Wii speak ideas in brawl or mario Wii.

Plus it could give them a good opprotunity to add in extra characters in brawl with that Wii add-on idea.

Anyway i want your suppport on this.

It would be a HUGE community where ANYONE/EVERYONE! Can just go to wii speak channel, and just right away search for rooms, and enter the "Wii Speak Lobby" and then start joining rooms and talking to people. ALSO, people could choose to lock their rooms to only "friends". That way it could be safe/private. Their is my idea. I HOPE YOU LIKE IT AnthoFlex, and others. MY IDEA:

Their should be a lobby where millions of people can create their own rooms, the people can name these rooms whatever they'd like. For Example: Super Smash Bros Brawl CHAT

Their could be a max of 8 people joining each room. Lets say someone joined the Super Smash Brothers room. Then everyone in the room would be talking about Super Smash Bros. ETC, You can basically make many many rooms, and their would be a huge list of rooms available, so that you can talk to people about anything!

And what makes it so FUCKIN' FUNNY is that neither of them didn't mention nothing about throwing the "friend code" out the window like I would have! I mentioned about it not using friend codes, but i also mentioned how it SHOULD be used if they absolutely MUST have it.

Also, Nintendo did sort of do away with the friend codes. The Wii speak runs on your Wii address book.....but then again, it does add 4 extra digits for those not already on your address book.....*sigh*....nintendo...

the third button on the home page is what would make wii speak work on all games... so that you could pause the game... see who is online... and connect with them so that you dont have to get out of the game... so if you like his idea for compatability the home meny button is a must... thumbs down for you 5/5 for him he did good work

you've got some great ideas. i think that during online play you should be able to chat with other people your playing against.the only problems with this is 1)it takes time to choose who you want to talk to and who you don't.2)another problem is since Wii Speak doen't come with the console not everyone your battling againt might not have Wii speak. 3)and the old games that have Wifi capablity can't use Wii Speak

once again, just like how the Wi-Fi for the Wii is always on (to recieve messages, etc.)the Wii Speak should always be on even during non-Wi-Fi compatible games.

I've decided that in the event that Nintendo does not use any of these ideas, I'll still continue to push them for perhaps a future update of the Wii Speak Channel

Man, these are really good ideas. See this is the thing that bugs me about Nintendo, they're leading the market in console sales, but they're not appealing to anyone from the online standpoint. Xbox's online interface is MUCH much much better. I just hope the wii speak meets everyones need or i'm going to lose a lot of faith in Nintendo :(

nope, these ideas just come from a person who's been with Nintendo from the beginning. The watermark idea came from the Low battery indicator that i first saw when i spent an entire day straight playing Mario Galaxy.

The buddy list idea represented a little off of AIM, but was enhanced with more of my ideas.

And everything else is just common sense ideas. Ideas that everyone agrees would work

From what i've seen and read it said it will be available to North America and Europe on December 5th :) i can't wait.....And Can the Wii Speak work for BRAWL or M-KART WII because WifiSly said it won't be available for the games that were made before Wii Speak was made But maybe they might make an update so it will work for all games made for WII what do you think AnthoFlex...Feel free to comment anyone....I like info :)

i find that to be a cool feature on the Wii Speak Channel, but its not really useful. Nintendo needs an effective voice chat system for their games that use Wi-Fi. And even whenever you're not using the Wi-Fi

Yo Anthoflex i have an idea. Instead of friend codes to search somebody, how about like an option that is optional that you can click on the main menu that can bring you to numerous chatrooms. And you can enter one of those chatrooms, click on the user's name and a block pops up options,like ''send a private message, send a friend request, and etc.''

Awesome vid dude, i think you summed it up completely.

One thing that i'm not sure is possible or not, but Nintendo may want to look into, is a "Game" chat, an optional open (no friend request or anything) room that is linked to the game you are playing. This would only apply to some games, of course, but be open to anyone on your game and you are playing with, for multi online battle games, etc (like war games). I think this will add a lot to it as well. although maybe that's ur group chat

Hey, thanks for sharing you video with me, man! You definately have some well thought out ideas on how this channel could be used. The biggest by far is always having the WS channel run in the background, that way all older wifi games could take advantage of it, I'd thought of that too, but I hadn't thought of that little pop-up for friends signing in/out, very good suggestion! and being able to talk while you're playing something else, another great one. im sure not even nintendo could get this wrong. I have a good feeling about the wii speak channel....but thats just me. Something about it having to be exclusive to the person who buys it tells me that the friend code thing might be either lightened up, or thrown out the window.

Think about it. If you absolutely need that ONE ticket to get that ONE copy of the Wii speak channel, that channel has to be encoded with your wii, and your wii only. Thats why i have a good feeling about it.
