Aizen admitted he didn't do that , and since any attack like mugetsu would have been mainly spiritual pressure (ki or whatnot) based. I think Ichigo just got a massive power up near the end. Remember he also destroyed aizens kido.

Agreed, but i don't think ichigo's masked getsuga could beat aizen at that time. Even though ichigo is on a much higher level, aizen is still immortal. Technically, the final getsuga should be a trillion time more powerful than the masked version, as it burns away all of his reiatsu at once, including zangetsu's and the hollow's. Yet, it was still not enough to finish aizen off, as aizen regenerated immediately, though not fully. It was kisuke who beat aizen :D

@tavarusito kurohitsugi basically lock the enemy into that dark pillar you saw and slice them in multiple direction, kind of like an iron maiden. aizen did it to komamura near the end of the save rukia ark
