Every single day, 3 LGBT Teens commit suicide because of the climate they live in, and even more attempt to take their own lives. It's in-part caused by comments like this. So have your own opinion, and I will surely respect it and won't attempt to push my "beliefs" on you. Just keep in mind that every action has a reaction, and the consequence of you making a snide homophobic remark could potentially be tallied up in bodies.
You're right, you're not obligated to spread my beliefs that LGBT Persons should have the same rights as other individuals (because Freedom and Equal Rights are only for wealthy white males in the United States, just as it was 200 years ago). BUT as a human being, you should be concerned about the well being of your brother and fellowman. Homophobic remarks are unacceptable at any level, just as Racism, Sexism, and all of the other "isms" are unacceptable.

@maverickguy12 TEACHING kids to BECOME GAY?!?! REALLY?!?! Did someone TEACH YOU to BE (FE)MALE or STRAIGHT?!?! I doubt it. You just are. This has nothing to do with 'teaching' kids to be gay it has everything to do with teaching kids to be RESPECTFUL. Something SORELY lacking in PARENTING today. So, if the parents aren't going to teach their kids to respect others... I guess it's up to society to do so.
I am very proud of ALL the students who make every effort to rid such a great school of all forms of hate. It is just not Gay and Lesbian issues. All students find parts of their lives rough at times. You all are making history. Make it a GOOD HISTORY..
I go to Chillicothe High School and I support gay marriage. EVERYONE has the right to love someone, regardless of gender. The think before you speak campaign is amazing, is is all of the other work Richard has done for our school. He's a really incredible person and he makes a difference in lives. i do not agree with this video....i dont think its right ...i go to CHS and i hate it....it is very messed up that if a boy and a girl are making out then they get in trouble for pda but its just like i walked down the hallway the other day and there were two guys hugging and kissing and holding hands.....they dont get in trouble...i am straight........i might be wrong posting this but i have my right to state my opinion.,.......does anyone else agree
