@xxtiaan Each time I saw a Ted and Ralph sketch I always thought that. I thought they should have ended it was just a regular scene expect at the end they just fall into each others arms. The real ending is good, but thats what I always imagined happening.

It doesn't specify which mental illness exactly - but i would expect an acute manic episode! Ralph seems like he could be prone to depression also. Bi-polar is my guess.

Thanks for all these Fast Show sketches. I have a friend in America and these are a gold mine to her, due to the lack of DVDs.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Ralph had tried to kill himself.
