  • is this an i7? :D

  • I've been looking for one of these on eBay! They all say not working or something will be missing.

  • @FortNikitaBullion If it weren't such a pain to pack and ship it, I'd sell it....local pickup only I guess.

  • @jforb427 Are you in the northeast by any chance? I'd definitely think about it.

  • @FortNikitaBullion Nope, I'm in the southwest (AZ)

  • I need 4 of these for Christmas Santa Please :) QC

  • awesome.. first windows ever !

  • love that IBM selectric keyboard click

  • @xzr56 That's the Model M click, not really anything to do with the Selectric, which is a mechanical typewriter. I have a 20 year old Model M SpaceSaver keyboard on my main computer, they last forever.

  • How surprising, faster than Windows Vista... :/

  • god win 1 was ugly

  • I bet this game was the crysis of the 1980s.. :P

  • lol old school

  • Huh where did you find the mouse?

  • @truebassB ebay, years ago

  • @jforb427 Thank you very much.I know that those doesn't have a mouse and i surprised by thinking it came with the PC. :D

Do you need a card for it right? Well i'm still looking for a 5150/5160,so i'm gathering information about it,i had an AT once but it's history. -_-

  • @truebassB The mouse on this one is a serial mouse, and does not need anything other than a normal serial card (or multi-function card, which was common back then). There are similar Microsoft bus mouses that require a special card.

  • @jforb427 Thanks again for the fast reply,i appreciate it. :)

  • @jforb427 You also need a driver for dos, as i remember it it had to be the right driver for the right mouse. You also have to insert in the autoexec.bat and the config.sys. And not alot of dos programes could use it. I used it for Autocad, and as i rember it pctools or norton.

  • @MrJumper68 Yes, getting a mouse to work with a DOS program was a lot of fun. Remember IRQs and all that?

  • @jforb427 do I? :-) yes, have you ever to put 4 com ports in youre xt? that was a lot of fun. I still have my first pc, i don´t think i am able to put any more hardware in it.

  • @jforb427 Good ol' IRQs... as much of a pain in the ass as they were, they taught me a lot about the IBM Architecture... good learning experience and still is (indirectly) applicable today...

  • @MrJumper68 I never used windows ver 1, but do you rember GEM Desktop? or i belive it was call that. Back then was the days building your own elektronics, programming your own software. No days its all in a box from China. I think a hole generation is lost an thats sad.

  • Nice video

  • Today Windows turns 25

  • Oh man that shitty slow peace of BIOSs. Startup the computer and go drink a coffee <333

    MISS THE TIMES!!!! <333

    I LOVE old hardware =)

  • eww that 1 ugly computer with a brick for a mouse 0.o

  • @icefrost74 and it's a lot older than you are, right?

  • @jforb427 I'm 20 and this is a LOT older than I am. O.o

  • AWESOME! 10 MB hard drive! So cool! Do you have a Texas Instruments with a cassette tape drive? I'd love to see your collection.
