I only ask one more thing from sonic team. i want a new sonic adventure. they were possibly the very best modern sonic games, and i think the ending of sa2 was enough to leave a sequel. I can still remember sitting there in the chao world. that was the best. Please sega?

@JateOrlando I don't hate Sonic 4, it's a good game. It just isn't 100%. I think they just need to not make episode 2, call episode 1 a prologue, and start from the ground up on a new 10+ zone sonic game with the generations engine.

I only have one chief complaint about the controls/physics: In Genesis Sonic if you run up a ramp and jump off half-way through going up it, you more-or-less "fling" off it in the opposite direction. A lot of ramps in Sonic Generations don't do this. You either can't jump off them at all (like the game forces you to commit to the run from start to finish) or if you can jump while going up the ramp you literally rocket straight up the air instead of flinging off the opposite way.

@benoharries The point was to check out some of the things people were concerned about from Sonic 4, Sonic is a series that is having to claw its way back to be great. Colors seems to have finally found a 3D rhythm, but we want new 2D sonic as well.

Looks cool, but how many god damn times must we play green hill zone. It was in the original games, it was an unlockable in Sonic Adventure 2, it was in Sonic 4 and now it's back in both 2D and 3D.

@GrayStudios LOL! True, the remaking of levels is starting to get tiresome. I hope that, like he says in the video, we'll have many new levels to play when the game is released. You can only play the same themed levels so many times before you start to crave something different.

The game has classic gameplay & modern gameplay (3d), now I was wondering, if I had an old T.V. does that mean that I won't be able to play modern gameplay 3d mode? or it doesn't matter what kind of T.V. I have?

not sold on the physics. looks much better than sonic 4 though. The problems with sonic 4 make it unplayable for me. Classic Sonic isnt a memory game, and the camera position made it unplayable on the first play through

@sdaerfofsteam well a preview is a glimpse of something future, like a tease, I didn't feel that this was that, do I decided to go with "pre-review" since I know he'll probably do a review upon release, and that this was kinda like his thoughts about it before its release, like a sneak-peak for an upcoming movie. Or something along those lines.
