It hasn't been done. We can't even clone that well. It took 277 eggs to create Dolly. Only one survived. And that's trying to create an identical copy. Engineering is way beyond what we can do. There have been a few cases of splicing a few things with some plants, but it's nothing significant. It's true, there could be some secret lab doing this stuff, but considering how illegal that would be, I doubt they would go undetected.
