not lookin for a fight but thats rt.1, rt.9 already goes solo right before u hit green st..before green st its rt.1&9,this is the intersection of rt.1 and woodbridge center dr..if u keep going stright thru the light the mall is on the left side..i know this because i live right across from the mall!!

he prob wasnt tryin to do a wheelie, when a bike shifts up and starts to accelerate at a higher than normal rate of speed the bike kicks up and starts to do a wheelie.. its up to the rider to either do a wheelie or put it back on the ground
