@leosterbanz I think it was somewhere around episode 522 when Haibara made a better antidote for the drug which was still not perfected but lasted 24 hours. =3
Are they really not related in this fanfic because I've been dying ti read it but the idea if twincest just kinda through me off but if their not realted my mind would stop going but they're twins and I could enjoy in peace

It turns out that Shinichi was adopted so they're not actually related. It tells you as much in the prologue so it's not really a spoiler XD
