Steve Perry is and was and always will be my favorite singer. I'm a metal drummer and I still think Perry is untouchable. Arnel is amazingly similar and can stand on his own two feet, especially with the new stuff, where he sounds fantastic. But Perry was like a god to me. Still is really."

It's not about the color of AP's skin, it's all about his voice. You're a Bigot and a Racist human being. Steve Perry is Portuguese. I guess you didn't know that he was Latino; you probably thought he was Caucasion. Would you have made the same comment about SP if his skin was "brown and not white"? I LOVE SP and also AP. You've forgot that SP LEFT JRNY; JRNY did not LEAVE SP. It's AP that has revitalized Journey and I thank God that Neal Schon and the guys aren't Racist like you.

Just want to clarify that Portuguese people are people of Europe, therefore they are considered caucasians as much as Italians, Spanish, French and Romanians. The 5 contries above listed are the true Latins as they speak a language derived from the original Latin or the Romance language that the Roman Empire impose along with their culture. The US consideres S. Americans as Latinos wich is not totally wrong, however there are substancial diferencies in the 5 Euro countries and the S. Americans
