Ok, mind me asking what is that water fountain in the back, is it in case of fire or somthing like that ?

@ladymachete50 its to rinse the wok, or add water to a dish. it makes the job easier. You wouldn't wanna step away from a extremely hot wok and risk having a burnt dish just to get a little water.
