  • I wonder how her flexibility is compared to her gymnastic days. My trainer/friend is always mentioning how being too flexible is some kind of hindrance for strength sports.

     I always think to gymnastics and wonder if this has any truth at all.

    being flexible deffinatly helps with lifts like cleans and snatch. the more flexible u are the quicker your able to move urself around a heavy weight :-)
