One thing that I found strange in this episode is the whole destruction of the Daily Planet bit. With how fast the globe was being dropped, it looked like there was no way for anyone to escape from there alive in time, even with Supes bracing it. Still, this was an amazing episode.

The series had three "final episodes" only to find that it had been renewed for one more season. Somehow they continued to make these finales work, and while this isn't as good as "Epilogue" from the previous season it's still an awesome finale. The seven or so series that comprised the DCAU took 16 years to complete, an accomplishment I don't think we'll see again in superhero cartoons or television in general.

Hard to say if either of them realize that they're doomed to become part of the Source Wall for all eternity now that they've solved the Equation...

They were trying to create an Aquaman TV series so told the DCAU team to stop using him (as well as all Batman characters except Batman because of the series "The Batman" and Plastic Man because of an attempted series)

They've had a change in management since and now don't do this anymore, and I think it's better that way.

If life was the ability to choose our own destiny and the freedom to make decisions for ourselves, anti-life is where someone takes that away from us like Darkseid.

Basically, what Godfrey is offering humans is the opportunity and justification to destroy others, and to do so without any doubt or guilt, because they have voluntarily forsaken their free will and morality.
