I've had this phone for 2 years and absolutely love it. I recently tried the famous iPhone but hated it. Anyway, I could never get AT&T to help me connect to their internet/data service. Yea, its fine. The problem isn't usually that the touchscreen isn't working but that you aren't hitting the buttons dead on. The only time you notice it is when you are in a hurry and you press but don't really LOOK at where you are pressing close enough to hit the small icons.

I have had this phone for now hmm maybe 5 months, its a great phone, use it for everything has a full screen feature to watch videos. memory card to hold everything, good camera. I bought it on ebay for 320.00 and it came with a free 1 gig memory card form the place I bought it from.

I use it on cingular in the bay area and have never had a problem reception wise. It has a pretty loud speaker with fm radio. The only thing not so great is the that to text you can either write in or text on its little on screen keyboard but is kinda challenging.

I have a motokrzr just bought for one month and when i try opening up miss calls or try to scroll down the list or listen to music it has a lag. I noticed this program on the razr which my brother had. Spent almost 400bucks on the krzr and was dissapointed.

That phone runs on an entirely different Operating System. You are right though, typically the Motorola OS is pretty bad although this phone runs a Linux based OS which although is not perfect is definitely better than the rest of the MOTO line up.

You have to unlock it and it will work with any gsm provider, but T-mobile is the preferred user. I know it can work with T-mobile and Cingular, I don't know any other, but it might work with any gsm provider.

The phone came with Motorola Phone tools CD, a MotoRokr disk that has RealPlayer, Video Producer software, and the Web Camera Drivers... so that you can use the phone as a webcam on your computer. I also received the mini usb cable for data transfers, and a set of headphones which I have not yet pulled out of the box. No memory card was included.
