It was an amazing experience being so close to that guitar in the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame a few years ago, just knowing it belonged to such a legend of modern music.
This is one of my favorite Springsteen songs... right next to Atlantic City. Beautiful production and the video is perfect for it - simple and intimate.
I do know that I trust God and I pray that he helps me to love more and hate less; to judge less and listen more, to fear less and keep the Devils and Dust out of my Heart.
I mostly pray that you know how much this song means to me and how much it helped me understand a bad situation.

This song takes them and explains what we deal with and how we cope with them. However, to each his own where the arts are concerned. It's all good. It's not a big deal; it's a great, great song and I appreciate being able to see it here.
I don't mind Vevo or the ads, as long as Bruce and other artists are making some of the money off them. The age of free music is over. If the artists don't make some money from their work we expect the output to dry up sooner or later. Now, if Youtube or Vevo makes all the bread, screw them.

MY friends were married on a hunting trip, I had left my guitar at the house to have
it tuned. I did not have the heart to take it back so I gave it to them as a wedding
gift. A year ago she gave up and took her life. This song helped me to understand.
