  • I remember these guys perfoming @ some hotel in Harare in the 90s. Good dancing skills as well. Can anyone upload their hit: THIS IS GOOD!!! I love this to bits.

  • liking the afrobeat version but not the " heiya !" and similar bits, poor harmony //lack of harmony - sound sometimes like a bunch of drunks singing the harmony. Not great but palatable!

  • heheheh this song ...he is mentioning zimbabwean celebrities...wonder if he sang it for them Ben Shava....Brita Maselethuni(Miss Malaika Winner).,,comedians Timi na Bonzo..Strive Masiiwa (Econet Zim boss) Mama Nyaradzo na Mama Nyasha.........gud one Heeeeeeee HARARE......

  • ME GUSTA ESTA VERSION DE SINA MAKOSA ES UNA BUENA CANCION DE LES WANYIKA. BASTANTE POPULAR EN COLOMBIA.

  • @olga-when you refer to the o.g version then that is a classic in terms of the denotative meaning which is that of the era of music as compared to the era of this remix which was in the 21st Century. However this remix is a classic with reference to its standard, it's arguably on eof the best renditions to any rhumba original version.

  • Great modern take on a timeless classic!!!

  • this is crap. the classic one is even better by far.

  • @oigla Who played the classic version?

  • @larmisdor, this is the original, it was played in the 80's if i am not wrong by this kenyan musician called les wanyika.

Hear the original and compare it with the remixes. this one is more relaxing and consoling like the message it is sending. have a good time.

  • @larmisdor, just serch les wanyika and you will get it.. i tried to put a link and I couldn't post it.

  • Originally by Les Wanyika featuring John Ngereza, Issa Juma, Prof. Omari Shaaban among others. Based in Nairobi Kenya. Most of the original band members passed on but the band still lives, though they have no new music of reckon but bask in their past glory with hits like Paulina, Afro, among others.
