I know that it was long, but you guys should have talked about the removal of TM79 Dark Pulse. That was a big one for me, especially because hydreigon does not get it by level up (because is totally unbelievable) but mandibuzz gets it by level up. In what twisted world does that make sense?

Here's a question to do with tiers. Do you think it would be a good idea to limit all weather inducing abilities to a 'weather tier'? So politoed, ttar, ninetails, and abomasnow would all be limited to this tier when they have their respective abilities and pokemon with swift swim would be allowed again. This way there could be a weatherless standard tier to see more 'pokemoning' rather than weather controlling. I'd like to hear your guy's thoughts :)

I think a lot of the hold items and move power-ups are thought of for the in-game Battle Tower/Subway. For anyone who can't play on wi-fi or on simulators against other people the Tower/Subway is the only source of competition where you are equally matched and challenged in-game. Once your Pokes are all lLv 100 and properly trained, battling the League over and over isn't challenging or fun anymore.
