I had to return my first jack-2 because it used to overheat when charging and when in-use (too hot to hold to your ear). Second phone is decent, just one thing consistently bugs me, when you press the shortcut button for the "Camera". I use the Samsung Spiple Layout , when you press the shortcut button for the camera on your phone it sais "camera" in your Quick Launch program list nstead of "Camera" like for teh rest of the programs..capital letter...but from the shortcut it's always listed as..

No, this phones pretty good based on reviews compared to other phones.

I've ordered this over the Pantech Duo/Matrix just from what I've read, Blackjack II has QWERTY keyboard, good battery, and the phone rarely if ever freezes.

Why are people SO impressed by F***ing cell phones? They rarely do ANYTHING well. Mobile "internet" sucks because most sites online are NOT optimized for cell phones, because if they were - they would be twenty words long (max, because that's the longest continuous string you can read on the TINY screen without killing your eyes). Cell phone battery life BLOWS like a hooker on pay day (if you use the phone for anything). And they are just generally annoying and disruptive.

Wow! Just the fact that you refer to DOS when I point out that REAL COMPUTERS actually create content is possibly a sign of your LACK of intellect. See, cell phone technology IS currently very comparable to DOS. Cells have VERY limited graphics power, they do very little, and are slow at most of what they actually can do. A cell phone can pretty much handle text, limited graphics (comparable to Windows 3.1) and sound. Cell phones bore the sh*t out of me. It's just a flashy phone.

But then I stumbled across the Samsung BlackJack II...My dads friend works part time at an AT&T store..and he let me test drive a blackjack II for 1 week under the condition that i gave him my phone for the week.
