I think the whole point of polar plunge is for those people doing it to submerge their heads underwater for a second.

Kudos to those people that went underwater in the cold. I did the polar plunge back in January. It was about 20 degrees in Lincoln. Very cold morning. Thankfully it wasn't windy which would make it even worse.
@HuskerIsNumberOne 20 degrees was the water temperature or the air temperature? Usually the water is a few degrees warmer than the air.
