I'd take out the scalding tarns and arid mesa's. Those are really only good if you have a deck based off of the landfall ability, which you don't. If you want to be able to fetch the lands you need, you can't go wrong with either terramorphic expanse or evolving wilds. They're really just the same card. Overall, I like it, maybe more gideon's and more elspeth's.

mana leaks are good cas when your oponets tapp land, you can destroy all taped lands with a unknown card. modern blue white decks have more powerfull potentioal

becas thay have powerfull conter spells and better deals on things related to pasifisam.

Well appreciate all the help with ideas, however I swap decks like underwear which is one of my biggest problems. So right now I'm actually running valakut. I have the four primeval titans, 2 avenger of zendikar, 4 overgrown battlement, 1 inferno titan, 1 terrastadon. Then followed up with all the mana ramp and summoning trap once I get my computer up and running ill post the video so all can see

you need four preordains. Venser, the sojournerx2 gideonx1 jace mind sculptorx2 cancels suck get rid of them. use everflowing chalice x 4 24 land basic and nonbasic (lands are a given especially nonbasic) 18 white 18 blue or try to shoot for it. wall of omens is awesome with venser, the sojourner everflowing chalice will get you titans out there. main board 2 condemn or excommunicate for those elrazi white blue is strong you dont need red.

Instead of using immortality you should just get ponder which is like preordain except it also gives you the ability to shuffle your deck.

condem cant work on emrakul- protection from colored spells. nice deck- im pulling one together now but instead of baneslayer im going to run some ionas and a deathless angel. indestructable walls= denied

well thanks for the admirition i really aprreciate it, yeah baneslayers are definatly expensive but thanks to the reprint of m11 it makes it so much eaier they are definatly not 50 dollars any more thanks to the 20 dollar drop in price.

unfortainatly i am no running that deck anymore. i have actually switch for the mean time into a green beat deck and getting ready to put in eldrazi monuments to make it even better.

about the crystal ball ideas i did try to use them in the first build for the deck but i found myself tapping out to fast and being landed with something that i wish i would have had a counter for.

i use the fetches to thin the deck out yeah i puts a price on life but it makes it alot simpler for drawing into something that matters rather than a clump of land.

as for the draw manipulation there is always room for more draw i will what i can do

Scry is your friends mate. You need 2 crystal ball, and something small that works with scry.

Blue white control is a tier 1 deck in standard right now. I would go up to 4 mana leaks, also I would add deprives and take out a couple of cancels. Take out the preordains and put in either mind springs or jace's ingenuity. You want to be drawing multiple cards not just a single one. Without Jace the mind sculptor I would not run many fetches. They just thin your deck and the life loss is not worth the thinning. I would suggest Sejiri Refuges,They are good with Deprive and the life can matter.
