This is definitely authentic, you can tell by the transparency of the apparition that cannot be fabricated through any media trickery - even the most sophisticated of technology cannot produce the fluid movements of the ghost as seen in this clip. It begins to appear in some kind of human form then reduces size to that of what appears to be a small dog from what I can tell. Not a scary ghost though, just a really fascinating one who can shape-shift!
I reckon it was someone who was into weights, and love training with iron, and he is just exploring the training gear. I would when I die, I will be going to watch ufc for free.

Congratulations... Your gym has bugs. The camera is focused on background. So a small object like an insect will remain out of focus.
