I'm a collector aswell. I'm more in for the designs of the figures, details and articulation. I can sit for hours and just watch figures from different angles, i know i'm a freak! Anyway i don't keep em in the packages i'll open them up for display, that is true value for me. I'll make money in other ways so sit and wait for them to become rare and then perhaps sell is just not my style. As a 3d artist i'll get loads of inspiration from the fantastic star wars universe. Thanks.

the difference is everyone that bought them kept them carded, boxed and in excellent condition. they will never have the nostalgic feel to them that the vintage line had. even for the kids today. I admit the detail in the new line shits all over the original line but like i said, if its not vintage its not worth collecting.

Not the biggest collection I've seen, but still a nice one. I used to be a real brat and have one loosee and one carded. Its a pretty expensive hooby though so I quit - especially as Hasbro are re-releasing old figures in new packaging with slight variation in colour schemes. I think some people here are jealous though. Keep it up, but don't expect the value of these things to skyrocket - too many people hoarding this stuff these days. Try tracking down some vintage stuff too.

That is essentially what he has here. Either open the toys and use them or sell them and use that money for things of more importance like......helping the abused or the less fortunate. Once collecting becomes compulsive it is ridiculous!!!

Sure I have some things here that ive not opened but they are very few because I want to be able to eat and live and give to help others who are needing food, clothing etc....
