I don't think it's from top of the pops the bit where they came down from the stairs. First of all you can see feni in the background he did not wear that shirt from the TOTP session, and Tony Wilson is talkning about some footage there was never show. As far as i have heared, there are unseen footage of the Ally Pally gig, it was not show because of the extremely poor sound according to the rumors, so it will be more likely that maybe :P

it wasn't a "scottish gig" (by which i assume you're referring to Glasgow Green 9.7.90), it's Ally Pally '89. Granada did film it and other than Blackpool is the only full Roses show footage of the Reni era. sadly the Roses have managed to block any of it ever being shown as apparently the sound was piss-poor that night..but (and as ridiculous as this sounds, many swear blind that it's true) Tony Wilson has a VHS of it which he digs out at parties for his guests!

@ronniemglasgow yeah man supposedly, thats what the late great tony wilson was refering to in this clip previous to it being cut of.. supposedly there was a clip of spike island which surfaced recently and the user who posted it has been deleted! the full gig supposed to be around on tape!! if you see the clip about online let me know mate, cheers . peace.
