I just posted the video comment on the left - for thise who have not seen the documentary about Ireland in the 60's called "Rocky Road to Dublin" - this is the ending of the movie, with Luke Kelly singing "Holy Ground" - the footage is of school children from @1966-67

The commentary is by a member of the appeal board for censure of Irish films.

Saw Keiran perform along with Rankin Family about 15 years ago in Sydney Australia and fell in love immediately. Was entranced by his performance and still remember it clearly. I'd love to hear or see "love is just around the corner" My mum and I saw this concert together and it always warms my heart when I recall. Thanks video posters.

What a superb artist , he had his trio , double bass and backing vocals, his comments between songs are classic, what a superb artist,So many top quality singer songwriters are from the north of Ireland, its no wonder we claim it as ours

Hi, you might be able to help me, Ive been a Goss fan for years & I got a cassette years ago where he sang a cover of a fantastic song by someone like Joan Baez or Joplin or someone like that, it was about her loving two people & knowing it was wrong etc I learned it at the time as I played guitar but I have forgotten it over time & would love to try to find it again. Im not sure if it was an album or if it was a b-side of years ago but if u could help, it would be great, thanks Sue

The song you're referring to is 'The Weakness In Me', originally by Joan Armatrading. It's on the Frances Black & Kieran Goss album from 1994.
