i do it only 5 seconds everyday but i wonder why the pain hasn´t go away,can u advice me please il be wai ting for your advice...the spine at the back is hurting
the exercise yoga i just do is lie flat on back with legs,spread apart and lock body then raise arms over the head.i like it coz i believe it has many good benefits,but how to ease the pain i still have until now
