This moment would've horrible had she gone with him, because the only time they were really mean to be with each other was when she re-met him in season 6 he had his life together. he understood how important university was - he matured. That was the moment they really should've ended up together!
I agree with people that Jess wasn't ready yet, and obviously she couldn't have just dropped everything and ran away with him. But just because he wasn't ready didn't give Rory the right to speak to him like that. She was just such a BITCH here. The way she talked to him... I mean, he tells her he LOVES her and she tells him go away and leave her alone, like he's worthless! He was just trying to show her how much he loves her, maybe in the wrong way, but I think Rory was more at fault here.
you know what, she shouldve asked him to think about this a little, and im sure they woul dhave found a way to compromise so they could stay together. jess deserves a rory and rory needs jess.....too bad this nice stuff doesnt exist in real life. which is why im here commenting on an internet video lol

@Kaya I think he was actually trying to be selfless, and to give her all the love that he possessed...be the person she needed him to be...but, despite what he thought, he WASN'T ready for this yet. He hadn't learned how - not even how to ask without coming across as selfish. They were both immature for a long time. By the time he came to show her his book, he was finally ready...but she still wasn't mature, even when the show ended. But, I think they'd find each other and be happy someday.
