It's an amazing sequel/upgrade from the first excellent game, though a bit disturbing at times. You're taken through quite a journey with Alice. There may be more story-play than boss-fight grinding, but learning how to strategically battle multiple foes as they grow more and more difficult is as much a fun challenge, and of course, the story is fantastic. It's has the feel of a whodunnit/whatdunnit mystery this round.

Just play it and journey down the rabbit hole! :D - one satisfied customer

I love this game!! and I beat it. I really like the designs to creative both a beautiful and hellish wonderland.

You feel for the characters. I really can't wait to see what happens; when Mr. Mcgee comes up for the next one.

But who's going to be the villain?? Can't be the Red Queen becaues; she was in the first and in the second game; she helps Alice to discover who's the villain was.

@Ziggist123 the art was what made the game. Fighting mechanics were solid and platforming was decent. However, it was way too long. If they cut 30 minutes from each chapter, it would've been the perfect length. But no, you're hammering at the same thing over and over jumping, pulling levers, and it gets boring REAL fast. That's why they added those horrible minigames they knew it was repetitive so they needed to add something so it wasn't too monotonous. I was glad when the game was over.

Anyone know the significance of the #4 in this game? its everywhere. Like when you shoot your pepper gun for example it shoots #4's and on you dress there's always a #4 on it.

Apparently the symbol of Jupiter also means "balance" which they did mention a few times in the game since Alice was pretty much on a quest to find balance.

It does however, the first one was utterly terrible and almost on the brink of unplayable. Being built on the quake engine I didn't expect to encounter so many cheap deaths and glitches that forced me to reload. The story was excellent but gameplay was just awful.

@headbanger1186 I totally agree, I really did try to play the first one until I was about 15 minutes into it. I quickly realized the level designs of the game, and knew I could not sit through it. Alice2 does contain extra content that you can read up about "past matters" that I had to settle for.

One would is said to be animated and one person they thought of being the voice of ALICE is Sarah Michelle Gellar. But no final word has been made on the movies
