Try using Loreal Hip's creme liner- dip an eyeliner pencil in and line the waterline. Don't blink for a little bit so it has time to "set"- it should last quite awhile.

When i apply blush, the colour applies to my cheek and near my hairline but leaves a patch of nothing inbetween =S I don't have dry patches and my brush is of good quality, anyone have any idea whats going wrong? =s

I'm thinking that the patch of skin that leaves a "bald" spot, is a different texture than the rest of your skin. The problem might be

a)peachfuzz (light facialhair)

b)dry skin that's not necessarily flaky dry, but just less greasy than the rest

c)you haven't applied your foundation or other base evenly.

Concentrate on applying an even base. Check your applying technique:are you varying the pressure too much?if all else fails, try creamblush. Easy to blend and very pigmented :)
