Both the plaintiff and the defendant have agreed to have this mediator settle their dispute. The show's format takes on the pretense of an actual court room, but it is a set. Judge Judy, Judge Millan from The People's Court, Judge Mathis, etc, are all retired or former judges. Nancy Grace has her own show now and she has a law degree and can mediate, but she is not a judge

@PlatinumPixie it was emotional destress caz of the email and when this happened one of them might have been a minor but they asked him for money and he just decided to hurt them and he wasnt in their lives for years and there could have been some child support he didnt pay as well so there are a lot of reasons why the judgement was made
