When casting Snow White, the casting director called Adriana Caselotti's father Guido (a voice coach) looking to see if he knew any young girls who would be good for the part. Adriana interrupted her father's phone call and spoke to the director in the Snow White voice, her father was furious but the casting director invited her to audition. Walt heard her and she instantly got the part!

Another fun fact: Lucille La Verne voiced the witch, then took out her dentures to voice the hag! :D
