Horrible form, with him arching his back like that it turns his bench into more of a decline. Notice how low he goes on his chest. In a flat bench the bar should come down right at the nipples. Still impressive nonetheless for someone his size and his speed.
The arching of the back kinda takes away from how strong he really is...most benching videos i've seen on youtube have the guy with his back flat on the bench.

225lbs I 12, 10, 8 Reps

@eanders1321 Are you telling the guy in this video how to bench press? He is doing a perfectly legal bench press the way a powerlifter would do it. That is, arching the back as much as possible while still keeping your ass on the bench.
@eanders1321 Wrong...Watch Mark Bell one of the best PL coaches teach how to bench press...You should dig your shoulders traps n upper lats into the beach, heels under your hips and arch your lower back to drive al lthe weight on your upper back/traps to push through the first part of the lift with your traps
