Very true. Christopher Cross always had such hard luck when it came to releasing a song at the wrong time. His first (ride like the wind) was fantastic, but Blondie held the #1 spot the 4 weeks it was #2, and that was as high as it went. But, he was a tremendous artist, nonetheless.
