Upshall was one of the most over-rated players in team history. He only looked good because the year he came over the Flyers. He hasn't done anything in Phoenix and the only thing he did in Philly was fall over when he tried to hit people and turn the puck over. Carcillo, is a better player than Upshall and has the same amount of discipline that Upshall has except when Carcillo hits people they fall down.

With the players they had, and considering where they were last season, it's an incredible accomplishment. Pittsburgh exposed the Flyers' defense with Kimmo Timonen and Braydon Coburn out of the lineup. Plus they took advantage of turnovers...which happen no matter what. This wasn't supposed to be the Flyers' year anyway. All that matters is that they keep improving, especially on defense.
