Hi :) Im trying to improve my posture and I did this excersice twice and I feel very good after :) I was wondering how many times do you recommend for each exercise and will this increase height. By the way I am a 15 year old girl
One: Do you have more exercises besides these for serial slouchers who have been called hunchbacks for the most part of their lives?
Two: I noticed after doing the three step pole exercise I do have a slight pain in my neck and I feel like rotating my neck and head and cracking my neck ?
Any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations and overall mentoring welcome.

I am a serial sloucher with a hunchback per say. I am overweight too. I have been doing your pole stretches for about a week now and they are wonderful. I feel my chest much lighter (I have a very heavy chest), my shoulder blades much more back and tingeness of the good kind in my center and lower back. By the way, I am a male.
Your speech is amazing for being a deaf person.

You are right.. orrrllly. I have a nerve deafness. My signing was to hint, I'm deaf and hopefully explain my enunciation.
