@wsbtam I am not an avid follower of the Splits but the description says this was an "unused bit that was scrapped". Perhaps that's why you never were able to catch it on the tube.

Thanks so much for posting this! These segments aired twice on Saturday mornings back in 1969-1970, and were never seen again, until now. In case you're interested, this segment is "Misc. Gags #6, The Barber." It originally aired in show #24 on October 11, 1969 (repeated February 21, 1970). Stills from this skit were used in the Banana Splits View-Master set. In the original script, the face on the mirror is Dan Rowan of "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In!"
