When doctors found a congenital deformity in my spine, they told me to stop practising kendo (japanese fencing) but there're No Excuses! I use an obi belt to support my back and make my rehab exercises everyday. I know I'll have to stop someday as the pain increases with age, for now I'm just 20 and I'll do my best untill I get my goal: a 3rd Dan :) Thank you Kyle Maynard for your inspiring life!
