  • Sooooooo...Soooooo beautiful !

  • I had a copy of this music where the section from about 2.00 to 3.00 was deleted, and it sounded so much more natural. I wish I could find it now, I'll have to check my old PC. Going to see this in may in Adelaide, will see how it compares.

  • Great video

  • The choreography is great, but I really prefer Ballet de L'Opera National de Paris' performance, with Monique Loudières and Manuel Legris, which is an awesome combination of well done technique, lightness and wonderful body and facial expression. Look for it, guys!

  • @faciulli yee, this is great, but can I find here more than a short films from this performance?

  • Good god, when Romeo and Juliet behold one another (almost right at the end), my heart, quite literally, began to palpitate just as I imagined theirs were.

  • che meraviglia

  • My junior youth orchestra is playing this song, and I really enjoyed seeing the ballet to go with it.

  • I´m no big fan of ballet but this is simply amazing!

  • never saw a r&j choreography that would be good enough for the music. this one is poor, too.

  • @12421212 Agreed.

  • this is mean but those guys look ridiculous in their "robes"

  • OHGODHGODOHGOD!

    I came buckets...

  • @Jakovian12345 I know you loved this but that really is a terrible comment to leave.

  • @Phersephoie

Terrible comment? What's so terrible about ejaculation?

  • @colourfulwithaU What ejaculation has to do with THIS video? If someone wants to talk about it, why don't they search a video about masturbation or sex?

  • Look up, idiot, you're missing the video.

  • actually i dont like classic but i love this

  • magnifique !!!!!!

  • great

  • Amazing! Could watch all day!

  • This wasn't how imagined it was going to look like, I thought men in heavy armour marching, at least that's the impression it gave with the trumpets and marching beat.

  • @Wolfsbane909 The Trumpets play for two measures in this piece sooo

  • @Wolfsbane909

I was thinking the same way - something like battle of knights ("dance"), but music fit perfectly to this scene... And I never supposed that I'll watch ballet by my own will :)

  • @Dirschau nope, me neither ballet LOL. I don't think so. This isn't the most torturous try Swan lake or Nut cracker. I will take the water boarding over that.

  • @Wolfsbane909 I don't think the Nutcracker is as torturous. It was a wonderful plot to it.

  • @WeDancedAsQueen torturous as in one of the longest

  • che brutta coreografia...staticissima....

  • @paolinozz90

Tu se correcto. Molto noioso per guardare.

  • this song gives me chills.

  • @lettusaurus I said the same!!

  • @lettusaurus The song, not the dancing

  • I am amazed.

  • oh my! oh my - oh where - where CAN I FIND THE NEXT PART TO THIS SCENE IN THIS PARTICULAR BALLET'S with the same dancers? THAT WAS... glorious... and beautiful....

  • @thebluespirit123 I think you might have to order it from the internet, but you can always try out a big dvd store, they might have something.

  • The set is incredible! I love the way that the stair risers alternate in color, echoed by the banded effect of the column piers (clusters of columns).

You're right, though. The costumes are not as good, except that the repulsive updo of the older man in the first is absent (presumably covered by a hat, here, although I don't remember seeing him).

And this Juliet is not as phenomenal as the other one. But I love the way the choreography here has the entire cast moving as one in certain parts.

  • Seriously, that is intense.

  • awesome
