  • Yes the pan gets used a lot. I also use it for a baking sheet for cooking frozen french fries, and any other thing you use on a bake sheet.@sbyrne1

  • People save your time and money. Buy a Pack of biscuit dough like pillsbury get some sauce and mozzeralla cheese and make a bunch of mini pizzas in a little oven or big oven! Great for parties and snacks! Quick easy and....it saves you money and taste yummy!! Haha

  • hi, thanks to ur recipe i get my dough very good but i have a problem.... when i try and bake my pizza it just gets too hard (unchewable)... even if i dont roll it too thin, the pizza either turns out to be too hard or not cooked at all... please help me... im sure i am getting some basics wrong... btw, i use a home oven...

  • Hi there it sounds like the pizza pan may be the problem. You need a pan that will let air underneath. You could also try using a bit more water in you flour, and or adding some skim milk powder. All purpose flour burns easier that pizza flour, but also does not cook well under a normal pizza pan. Again that why for me the Pizza Pan is the most important thing. Good luck.

  • thanks buddy.... actually i guess i know what i was doing wrong... dont laugh at me but i was using a glass vessel to bake the pizza as i wasnt able to find anything which was microwave safe in my house apart from that :P.... thanks for ur suggesstion :)

  • Hi, im 14, i like pizza a lot, i always wanted to try to make one, do you think a 14 year old can make a decent pizza like that? Thanks. Oh and i asked my mom if i can try that, and she said its easier to buy outside.

  • You should have no problem. Just make sure you have some help.Make sure you get the right kind of yeast. It has to be the instant fine gran type that you don't have to mix with water first.

  • I use all types of pizza pans and stones depending where I'm at and what's available. It's All Good! YUM! Love the spinning of the pan while you spread.

  • you should mix your yeast in water first to make sure its active

  • With fast action fine yeast I've never had a problem, but your right if you mix you yeast with in water you can be sure they will be no problems. Either way the recipe works the same.

  • I made this brill recipe but used self raising flour, works well if you dont have yeast.
